This was posted yesterday, just before the close: Message 7516090 , so I'm guessing the rec was revealed to non-subscribers then, and to subscribers some time before yesterday afternoon. Volume and price jumped yesterday, just before the close.

Likely, his favorites had notice of his coming tip a bit sooner. Also likely, the paid subscribers to his Societe Anonym were tipped of his plans several days sooner, and may account for some of the increased Ligand volume that began on the 26th. ----------------- And -- just a wild speculation -- on the 19th, with it's anomalous volume of 555.5k -- and that much discussed big boy "buy", might that low-ball buyer who scooped up the sell stops (perhaps of newbie Liganders disappointed that the H&Q conference failed to give us a pop?) have been Tokyo Mex???
