If that is your take on the article, then you have missed a very important opportunity to learn from other's misfortune. Missing a couple of Press Releases, is not the issue. It is the pattern of evasion and lack of financial accountability that you should see as a big red flag, flying high above the corporate headquarters of this company. The only assurances that you have at the moment are statements directly attributable to a small cadre of insiders. And some ambiguously worded updates and a couple of announcements only about discussing financial arrangements.
