TA,
President Clinton will finish his term and Ken Star will be a footnote in the history of Clintons' Presidency. The real issue is privacy, if President Clintons' privacy could be so easily taken think about how easy it would be to lose your privacy. We all suffer. Don't make the argument that he gave up his privacy when he was elected because he didn't, it was taken from him. Think about it, how safe is your privacy. This is not an indorsement of his behavior, just a reminder that the real issue is privacy.
Another problem for the Senate and the House is Greenspan and Rubin are running the country so there is little else for them to do but pretend they are doing something. All they are doing is trying to get TV time for their ego's.
