I donno. Someone else might give you a better answer to that question. I think options is up to the exchange and the company to work out isn't it?

Regarding $5 level, isn't that also the shorting level? And isn't there danger that the 3.6 million shares today, many on margin, will have to bail if price dips, either from profit takers or shorts?
