They can't Glenn. I have not seen anyone here that had a clue that this debt offering
would be coming at this point, so soon. A fairly dramatic confirmation that they are
really bleeding cash, and intend to continue to do so, as opposed to the pro forma bull
they put out in the press releases. I'll bet all the anals had advance notice that this was the
plan that was about to unfold, and they wanted a piece of the action.

I was amazed that one of the analysts stated that AMZn was cash flow positive. I was incorrect on its face and could be seen that it was cash flow negative to a novice such as myself. They left off the short term accounts payable. I have been kind of quiet in reacting to the analysts comments because the amount of error is facts was amazing. Opinions are another think but account facts are numbers that are easily decernable.

Do you really think that insiders will resist the temptation to make a fortune now by dumping their shares? For the sake of getting fresh debt to keep the company alive? Would you?
