Some big blocks (47K) were bought on the UPtick at about 4pm CPQ @ 47 3/16 Not so terrible... NO confirmation anywhere about tomorrow's meeting ?? CPQ Mgmnt MUST clarify AV situation and give excellent forward looking statements for this to get above 50 soon. Michael

Richie... I don't mind that I most likely won't get shares of AV, but imho, these guys have screwed up by not coming right out and advising everyone as to what they will do. They coulda said that it's an IPo and we intend to sell the shares, CPQ shareholders will not get shares BUT here's what the sale of AV shares will do to enhance CPQ and shareholder value in due time, yada, yada, yada. WAS THERE A CC??? DOES ANYONE KNOW??? DELL KICKS BUTT!!! CPQ IS A WEENIE!!! EL
