RE: GREASING THE PALMS

In a lot of the (should I say third world countries and some not so third world) only way to get any agreement signed is to pay the right people. This happens all the time.

In following some companies over the years, some of the agreements can take years to sign.

The signing in China is important as now they have their foot in the door. Also now they can now work on these side agreements. I would rather have my foot in the door in many countries than have only one or two large agreements. This way they can prove that their products work and build on the success. Much cheaper that starting from scratch.

This company is a long term hold. For people who want to get big bucks now will not happen. If the price shoots up to say $10 "what will you do "?

Right now I am adding shares when the stock show weakness and then sell into strength. I also have a core holdings that I will not touch. As I believe that more governments will start looking at this problem in the coming years.

Of course this is my opinion and you can take it for what it is worth!
