I did not listen again but I believe the comment was more of a guess rather than a matter of fact. It was Covey that said she believed they "could" show a seqential increase in revenue from Q4 98 to Q1 99. The analysts than made it sound like a fact.

I didn't listen again either, but my take was that the statement was not hedged at all -- i.e., that they do expect 99Q1/98Q4 revenues > 1. I think given their relative caution (which I'm sure you'd be able to debate quite well) when presenting financial health, they would not be inclined toward less-than-certain forecasting.

That said, what do you see for Q1 revenues? I'll take a wild guess and say $287M.
