Doesn't one also have the option not to execute the 144? Just because they are registered or filed to sell....I have noticed on other stocks that often they do not.

Many of the filings were for 144 registration. This does not mean that they are selling the shares.

Well, right you are but the chances that somebody files just to file is a bit absurd. Might I also direct your attention to the spike in volume just last week on your NHLT... do you supposed this person did NOT sell his shares as registered?
