The Hot Line is after 5:00pm on Friday's, BUT I did hear that the meeting was held and went quietly. The
one thing that seemed to be brought out as being a FACT is that Jurick HAS VOTING CONTROL.
The way I understand it, That means that the very least Emerson would be sold for would likely be
$1.50.
The reason I think $1.50 is a minim figure is this: Be aware I am not stating this as being a fact but the way I understand this is
Jurick put his 30 million shares up for clitoral when MSN's stock was priced at $3. Creditors allowed 50% and That means the
creditors have a $45 million dollar lean against those 30 million shares which are currently only
worth $15 million.
Now the question is, DO these creditors want the company sold at a current loss to them of $30 million?
OR, do they want to allow Jurick to deal with BUYERS for the TRUE worth of the company. He
has already stated that $.50 cents is completely unacceptable.
My own observations are that this company should fetch at least $3, more is likely.
I suppose we will wait and see what the Judge has to say.
Regards,
Malcolm
