Aha! Thanks Dan. There is a 6% dividend on the 60M, indeed. In that case the fact that he is giving up that amount in interest shows that he must STRONGLY BELIEVE that the common is very undervalued and will soon be increasing in value. Especially since the stock is restricted and he cannot sell. BTW, the trading and volume today was quite encouraging. We are above out 50 day moving average and I think the tide has turned--I suspect we will be moving higher from here. Hopefull we will end the week in the .90s or even at 1.
