The common would have to go up 1/16th from todays close to get better than a 6% gain.

To all: Mr. Gardt has restricted preferred stock. No matter when he converts, even at the end of the restriction period, he cannot sell his common for one year. Converting now prevents a two year holding period from becoming a three year holding period.
