Paul, yeah, I usually don't like holding through
earnings either: 3dfx which we both follow would be
the classic example of when not to. But, have been
intentionally looking for stocks that may announce
a split and holding them through earnings. That changes
the dynamics, so won't do it unless it looks like they
might split as a major contributing factor (among others
of course).

Sure you don't want to play? ;-) Sounds like you might
have some good ideas here, since ASDV wasn't on my
radar screen and I missed it??????? bummer
