well.... after spending just a little bit of time looking over their dismal financials, I'd hazard to say the only way this is going to happen is if they have a RS... do you know if one's in the offering? ... especially if your use of the term shortly is the same understanding that I have of the word.

And heaven forbid... they closed at 22cents today... how large a RS do you think it will take to get your lower projected range of $2?

Everything about Pan Am at this point points to a scam. Everything that they said would happen hasnt happened. I would bet we are looking at ONE BILLION SHARES and a reverse spit will happen any day.
