Well, gloomy follows gloomy.

Sorry to hear that Dawg. Here is what I did today:

To the "Tokyo Joe's Cafe / Societe Anonyme/No Pennies" thread,

Is there any way to create a list of the people who post on this thread, and track their history? Looking back at just today's trading activity reveals a couple of really lousy posters - who just blatantly pump and dump. It is really a shame - or sham.
I guess if you can keep up with the 100s of posts, every day, you just build a mental note of who is full of Sh#t and who isn't.
But, anyone new coming in here, and taking ANY advice from these P&D subhumans, is going to get burned. It's too bad we can't tar and feather them and their personas.

Jack T Colton

PS: Tim and other thread participants,

Now I see what you mean about having a good honest guy like Tim Luke working and attracting the type of people who have frequented this thread. I wish you luck in all your pursuits.

Hi dawg - have not responded before but we used to be neighbors. That is I lived in Hoover for a couple of years while I worked at Bellsouth - just down the road a piece ain't it?

Sorry to hear about your problems at Waterhouse - must be those damm yankees. Anyhow, stay away from Schwab, they are not great either.

PS, If I may be so bold, I would suggest buying your wife another present, sounds like that will fix about anything that will bother you. <g>.

Luck

Dawg, read this one. Etrade screwed me recently too. now keep in mind i will take some of the responsibility for not checking my account sooner. I placed a limit order for DBCC at 39 bucks and after it opened considerably higher i cancelled the order. I received confirmation onscreen that the order was indeed still open and the current price was well above the limit order and that my order to cancel was placed. Well 5 days later to my horror i got the confirmation from e*trade through the mail that i had bought DBCC at 39. Well, the stock was now 17 and i am out a considerable amount of money. My transaction history on e*trade shows that I did cancel the order although no exact times are listed. I can't get through to etrade, i spend 30 minutes on the phone waiting only to be disconnected and my 4 e-mail (all civil i might add) have NEVER been acknowledged. Funny i think if i emailed them for new account information they would respond mighty quickly.) I know i will never see this trade broken despite the records i have and all my nice gains in XYLN and ASND are now gone. Needless to say i will never trade with Ef-ck again. Let me know how your article is going Dawg, i would love to share my story with you in more detail. IF anyone on this thread has any advice on how I might pursue this further i would welcome you input.
On a more positive note i want to once again thank Tim and EVERYONE who CONTRIBUTES to this thread. Regardless of what Tim does i hope we can keep this tread going wi
