Loans, Individuals During the last four years, the Company was advanced money from various individuals for working capital purposes which bear interest at 8% to 10%. If the Company is successful in obtaining additional capital, it intends to exchange a majority of these loans for common stock and the remainder of the loans will be repaid. These loans are unsecured and due upon demand. AMOUNT DUE $ 501,124
