VLAD,

I don't think anyone would argue that Leland should divulge information that may hurt the negotiations. I think the problem most of us have with the partnership deal is the fact that there is not one. He has had more than a year to get it in place and has not done it. If he has offers on the table, it seems to me, it would be easy to add some sort of renegotiation clause based upon specific events if he is worried about something.

He is going to drive the company into the ground waiting for the best deal.

It reminds me of a joke.

A man was out fishing one day when a big wave came by and turned his boat over. Another fisherman came by and tried to save him. The fisherman refused saying 'No thanks, God will save me!" Then a Coast Guard boat came by. Same results. "No Thanks, God will save." A helicopter comes to lift him out of the water and again he refuses.

He drowns a short time later. When he reaches the Pearly gates, he says to God, "Why didn't you save me? I am a devote Christian." God replied, "Are you kidding? I sent you 2 boats and a helicopter!"

Does that strike a cord with anyone else?

Brent
