Bonnie, I don't know the real estate situation nation wide but I do see the wealth effect of the stock mkt in a big way in Fairfield County, CT . There are many renovation projects and million dollar plus home being built. The bulls are driving fancy new cars and the bears are driving older cars -g- Mike

I read somewhere here on SI that some housing market near silly valley has 15% growth each quarter. And now the new tax law is each person can sell a primary residence tax-free up to 6 figure every two (one) year? What kind of reture is that? Of course after they get the cash they will put it in the stock market. Amazing.
