Colleen, I suggest that you cease and desist your attempts to analyze financial statements. You obviously don't know the difference between an operating loss and debt related instruments. An operating loss is not debt. The $10.9M figure you cite is not due to anyone in any form. It will be used against any accretive earnings that maybe generated from this point forward. They reduce the tax responsibility and nothing else. Your attempts to analyze every aspect of this company are extremely comical. The approach you have taken, your methods of analyzation and the conclusions you have drawn are illogical and flawed. Laslty, it has become very evident that you can not handle the risks associated with investing in penny stocks. Since you took your loss in PRWT then may I ask why are you still here? You are the perfect candidate for a mutual fund. This place is not suitable for amateurs like yourself. GG
