The conclusion is obvious when you aren't influenced by share ownership.
By the way, anyone else short E-Bay in anticipation of the insider lockup ending tomorrow potentially freeing something like seven times the current float. Will be either ZGenius or ZFool tomorrow.

I don't know why QNTM is just toe-dipping with TeraStor. Purely a WAG is that Jim McCoy, Chrmn and CEO of TeraStor, is a very savvy guy who would not give away much. (McCoy was a co-founder of QNTM and the founder of Maxtor.) Clearly Seagate has taken a lot more pro active position in a similar technology with Quinta. Incidentally, Steve Kitrosser, CEO of Quinta, was McCoy's hand picked, founding manufacturing chief (VP) when he started Maxtor. Now they are squaring off in the market.
