If I get half the shares , I think we as jds shareholders should get $ 80 u.s for the new company ! Which is fair , but i think jds as a better growth than uniphase , but we will have to see what happens.
Anyone want to comment please! Also a 90 - 94 dollar canadian for half the shares of jds is not fair at all.

Yes JDS has demonstrated better growth but

UNPH is not exactly a tortoise either....

Believe in the management(s)...they know where they want to go...

I always wondered when JDS would become a $10 billion class company- well I guess JDS wanted that moment to be right now. The momentum in both companies is awesome. And I trust the Americans to award their usual lofty valuations to these sizzling stocks.
