sAs, I was told long ago by NF(who I don't believe knows what she is talking about 1/2 the time) that Astra milestones for Europe would not be payable until after all 4 of the countries of Germany, France, Italy, and Spain give their approval. But I have been told by others that Vivus will be paid $2M after each individual country approves. So which is it??? Does Vivus get the milestones only after all 4 approve or do they get to collect as each country approves? Another question I would like to have answered is if the paper work process for approval for these European countries is being done by Vivus or Astra? This I feel is important to know if we want to get a better idea on time frame for individual country approvals.
