My, oh my. This has been quite the exchange here Scottoo. Your denigration and condescending manner toward ColleenB for raising and discussing something, in this case NHLT, that has been forwarded as PRWT's great entry to the Nasdaq is just typical of your small mindedness. You have yet to offer any analysis that NHLT is anything other than a stinker. Just read through the notes to the financials, look at their balance sheets, look at their operating losses, look at their assets, look at all the 144's. This is a company rapidly approaching de-listing from Nasdaq. So just what do you think PRWT is going to do with them? Just what assets do you think PRWT is going to be able to dump into this money sink that will help them to keep the NHLT listing on the Nasdaq? Absent any financials, you can have no assurance that PRWT has any value other than possibly that derived from shares that they may have been selling into the float to fund their appearance of generating revenues or the start-up costs of these IT branches. We could sure resolve a lot of these kinds of dark uncertainties with the filing of financials. Or maybe PRWT is going to merge with this Consorcio Bantec to give the appearance of assets, in order to continue the Nasdaq listing of this new entity. And how many shares are the current shareholders going to get whittled down to? will it be 1/300th of what they now have or will it be 1/500th? What howls are you going to raise when your redistribution leaves you with a short block? You would chase her away because these are inconvenient questions for you to address. You disdain that she has raised issues responsibly about what NHLT will do with PRWT. I find myself in a rather curious situation having argued with ColleenB over several threads here on SI. From what I have seen, I surely would rather her on my side in an argument than you. You seem to offer no arguments - only your refusal to address substantive issues and your reliance on personal invective.
