I sometimes have problems with my notebook (pentium 133) because it cannot keep up with streaming quotes. >> I use a Dell 400 with 128 megs of ram and a 56k modem. MBT always implies that the ISP is the problem, but I have been on four different ones and the quotes are always unreliable. I don't know the answer, but tracers indicate it is an MBT problem IMO.
