Are you kidding ? We all know that there is no freedom of innovation in the US government's dictionary !!! All freedom is restricted under the name of Antitrust Law !!The government decided what features the companies should implement into their products, and how the new products should be developed, and everything is controlled by the government. If anything the government did not like, it can always sue you under the name of Anti Trust Law. Even what you can talk and what you can write in your e-mail within the company is also restricted and tightly controled by the government , If you write something in your e-mail like " We will destroy the competitor by developing a better product" or " We will destroy the competitors by cutting their supply of air " will be counted as some kinds of crime by the government . So, to some extend , American do not have the freedom of innovation, or freedom of speech , or thinking. The constitution said people are protected by the constitution to enjoy the freedom of speaking, but the government do not think so. So, after the DOJ's antitrust case against Microsoft, all companies will put a restriction about what their employees can talk in the company's meeting, and what their employee can write in their e-mails, any employee who did not abide the rule will run the risk of being fired. It is really horrible, and the government promotes it !!!! I call this the white horror withing the working environment of the 20 century !!! I am frightten to death. We are comming back to the time of communism. A tight control by the government on people's life !!!!!!!!!!!!!
