Gap Theory really does not work for every instance. For example, on this type of day in the last 9 years there have been 13 True Sell gaps but only 7 closed. Now, of the ones that did close all but one ran on to be great shorts.

So, I would be looking to sell the Gap, with an eye on exiting and possibly doing a SAR if it spins on me.

Then I'll probably sell the afternoon.

With Inger, by the way, one has to call a 900 number just about every hour. I do not do that, for my own part. I've listened a few times. Gene gets very wordy, he likes to talk....and I suppose he likes the fact that you are paying by the minute to hear him talk, mostly about how well he has been calling the market.

Nothing wrong with that...I just don't trade per his style.
