I think you are right on target with your estimtes. Your numbers almost mirror my calcuations. The only difference is that I don't think the discount factor will be anywhere near 60%.

Rajiv, I agree with your analysis. Post-IPO Trading range of 72-90 is most likely. D factor of 0.6 seems to be a bit too low. MSFT investment would definitely minimize this discount factor. This is a great buying opportunity at the current trading range. Good Luck and God Speed
