Yes Rick, you have my mea culpa. I will write 100 times JJ is a class act. But the real class act award I think should go to Kevin Fallon. He is a wonderful asset. fma

Dear Rick: There never was any question in most of our minds that we were fortunate to have the top officers at TAVA that we have. I have never heard anyone complain much if any about the companies operations. Sometimes though, people get so wrapped up in their work that they overlook small things, make assumptions about things and the like. I think this CC was a real eyeopener for them and I think that we can expect that they will address the issues we raised with the same zeal they addressed turning the company around. I came away from the CC enthused, fma and hardrocker also seem to feel the same and if tone of voice means anything I think management did also. I expect the next 6 months are going to be really exciting. I also expect that JJ will be very thorough about things at the earnings statement CC. Without sounding redundant, my thanks to fma for arranging all of this and Hardrocker for participating and handling his section so well. JDN
