I wouldn't say that. Sure they get one or two easy baskets against us per game, but the game is 40 minutes long and those two easy baskets don't mean alot.

I like Coach K's man-on-man defense. Sometimes though I think he should go zone just to throw off the offense. Against UNC it would have been interesting to go to a zone and see how well Cota could shoot the ball.

For the same reason that nobody copies Princeton's offense - it's tough to do. I don't know about a "mockery" but they certainly never fall prey to the pressure like other teams. You can't discount the rivalry factor, but with the Heels drop off in talent this year, you have to admit that coaching played a huge role in that game being as close as it was. Carolina has always had tremendous success against teams that rely on pressure d to get victories. Their ball movement is superb and you couple that with the decision making and usually get a W.

Has Coach K ever played zone?

I'm not taking away much from the Dookies because they are probably the best team in the country this year. But it has always amazed me that outsiders give Coach K credit for being a flexible coach who adjusts his offensive and defensive philosophies according to his talent. Pressure d has always been the cornerstone of his program.
