The class action vultures move quickly! From the class action statement: "The Complaint charges PeopleSoft and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the federal securities laws. Among other things, plaintiff claims that defendants issued a series of materially false and misleading statements regarding PeopleSoft's 1996, 1997 and 1998 financial results." If this is the basis of the class action and the restatement is really the in-process R&D issue, then this suit has even less merit than most!
