The moment they came up with this thing MMTM, I knew they were in trouble. It's quite obvious (at least, to me)

Im still baffled by momentum, why it was done etc. Does anybody know who went to mmtm from psft corp? Was it some top R&D personnel? Ive never seen another company do this and while I have always found psft mgmt to be above board (as opposed to say, Oracle) I still dont like it.

The only thing I can think of for that move is that it gives the senior R&D staff a chance to participate in some IPO stock options as an incentive to keep them around. But again, I need to know who went to momentum in order to determine if this was a possibility. It should have been some very key senior developers and very light on management.
