Well the scenario you discussed is really nonsense as it applies to PRWT. You throw out some rosy notions that don't support each other. And absent any financial filings there is no way to conclude anything. In thinking that you will merge with a new entity and resurrect these shares of yours, your thinking is quite unclear.

PRWT has no identified assets only rumors of assets. They have no identified cash flow only rumors that they may. So identifying the value of this grab bag of opportunities that PRWT claims to be sitting on, much of which is wholly unverified and mostly in the future, as I read things, is quite slippery.

If you are talking about combining with any company that currently meets Nasdaq asset requirements, then the percentage of the redistribution to current PRWT shareholders, if on a relative asset basis, will mean a redistribution of shares that may be quite minuscule. The number of shares outstanding is rather crushing in this regard. And there can be very little presumption of much book value here.
