Kansas is a bubble Top 25 team this year. So is Indiana and its 3-5 conference mark. Heck, Hoosiers were lucky to beat NW in Bloomington. Seems like the poll contributors sometimes pencil in "Kansas" and "Indiana" based on coaches or past accomplishments, rather than the kids they throw out on the court. I saw my first Missouri-Kansas game in '69. Jayhawks' talent level this year reminds me of some of the mediocre teams they fielded in mid '70s. As far as Roy Williams: Last year during the NCAA tourney, CBS cut away to the N.C. crowd. Believe it was during 'Heels' semifinal loss. There was Roy cheering like a frat boy in the N.C. section. I'm sorry. That's a dumb thing to do if you're paid to coach the University of Kansas. As far as "Kansas' great freshman point": He and Robertson thoroughly got outplayed by Dooling and Grawer in Missouri's win at Lawrence last Sunday. Wasn't even close.
