Jim, thanks for the post and information. We are now getting the information that has had people very confused over the last few weeks. I don't have a problem with the company diluting if it truly increases value in the company. Common B or preferred, it amounts to the same thing, management still has control, is diluting our shares, not theirs. Management has a mind set problem that really hurts opportunities IMO.

I found this in a yahoo search (Top:Business and Finance:Stocks:Technology:Software and Programming:XNET
(XcelleNet, Inc.)) : Don't know if it is true just posting what I saw.

Here's that Info. on VTPI....
by: Fw190D12 544 of 545Two recent news releases. One on Dec. 28 "Visual
Telephone International Products to be added to Lockheed Martin Federal
Systems' GSA Schedule: VTPI announced an agreement with Lockheed Martin
Federal Systems in Owego,Ny, to provide high quality video conference
solutions to the Federal Govt."
Jan.14 "VTPI to launch video communications system marketing over the
internet." Go read the news stories. Type in the ticker symbol and then
click on news. Anyway, my brother in-law, who works in DC, turned me on
to it a few weeks ago. I'm in at .15, but the price has been anywhere
from .08-.16 the last few weeks.
He told me "they" were going to be upgrading current systems to the VTPI
system, because they were the first ones to comply with some new federal
standard that takes affect in late 1999 or 2000...I'm not sure on the
year, but VTPI is already in compliance. I'll tell you what I
know...just ask. Ps: Not many people are aware of this little gem!
