The 45M shares outstanding is definitely a downside, but the ownership percentage is exactly the same as DBCC was to MKTW.

TNO is a very good value at its current price with a significant price appreciation potential due to its existing operations.

1 TNO share is equal to .125 MMPT shares.

If MMPT goes to 50 then you can add $6.25 to the price of TNO. This assume that 12.5% figure is maintained.

I still think it is a decent trade. It won't have a DBCC run, but it is still worth a strong look.
