Richard, I am guessing the report might come out between the 8th and the 15th. Based on the past, report out around 5 weeks after the end of the Q on a Monday, but a couple of times on Friday after the close. The price is absurd in relation to the rest of the market and to Deswell's position. At $12.50 they will pay a 10% or better dividend (with the cash position I am sure the Special will be declared). In addition to dividend, they will earn a 20% return. While other companies are showing major declines in revs and earnings, Deswell continues to perform. There are very few companies positioned better to resume growth and virtually none at these price ratios. FWIW, Ron
