MG, Everyone is tucked into bed and it's play time.

Wow, what a whacky Friday! However, its hard to ignore that we had a break-out on both the S&P and the OEX. So, fellow dudes, what do you think. Was it a break-out or a fake-out?

Personally, I "feel" that it is probably a fake-out. However, it's hard for me to ignore that we are entering into seasonal strength (i.e., the first week of the month is generally bullish). I can't be the only one looking a potential break-out this weekend.

Well, I'm only about 5% cash now. However, a 67% concentration in one stock would probably violate the rules of diversification. <GG> We'll see Monday if it was an intelligent decision. As noted previously, I'm turning into an all or nothing kind of guy. However, if all goes according to plan, I will shortly be 72% cash.

RE:" Dude's Watch List Updates "

TechSpaetzle :

techstocks.com

removed WCOM - MCI WorldCom from TechSpaetzle and replaced it with SUNW - SUN Microsystems. WCOM is in the GlobalTels watch-list.

The TECH sub-sector bellwethers within the TechSpaetzle watch-list are organized as follows:

MSFT = SOFTWARE
INTC = SEMIS
AMAT = SEMI-EQUIP
DELL = COMPUTERS
SUNW = SERVERS
EMC = STORAGE
CSCO = NET-EQUIP
LU = TEL-EQUIP
NOKa = CEL-EQUIP
AOL = INTERNET

AMEX:XLK SpdrTECH - Technology Index

GlobalTels :

techstocks.com

removed NOK.a ERICY and NT from the GlobalTels watch-list, as these are more "TEL-EQUIP" companies rather than BigBoy "carriers".

added BLS BEL SBC - BabyBells to the watch-list. Though they are "regional" carriers, they are also larger than many other overseas "national" carriers, and are among the most widely-held U.S. stox.
