Haven't we been here before. It's "dejavus all over again" as the Yog would say. Time to take names and kick someone's fanny. Out the door. Even the vendor if necessary. This is the time to fish or cut bait and make totally unreasonable demands on your people and your vendors. Please Andrew find out who was/is responsible, what their performance goals are as compared to what you are getting relative to fulfillment, find out who was responsible, and what they're doing about it to prevent a reoccurrence. This is not an unfair position for any of us to take at this time. To be sure they don't need stockholders meddling in their affairs but when they have used us as they have to beta test our sight then we should have the satisfaction to see what they're doing to correct an obvious problem. And this should be done directly with Mr. Gild if possible. sword
