I have heard of this. Favors mentioned it last July, as did Martin Armstrong on Princeton Economics Review. It is when you close at a new high and then within x numbers of days........what? Damn I can't recall. I'll try and find it. Sorry. I thought I recalled this.

Challo, another titanic component is NEW HIGHS less than 25 within 7 trading days. I believe there are more than 3 qualifiers to confirm the main indicator of new highs exceeding new lows within 7 trading days of a new high in SPX/DOW.
