"... declamation slander and liable ..." - oh, i do declaim, this is libel to get better and better .... and it DOES - "... but see when they picked ..." .... kinda reminds ya of Tricky Dicky, doesn't it - 'they won't have me to kick around any more' ... i forget, was that before or after he said 'I are not a crook'

My goodness,

(1) It is amazing how well SV channels Mikey weeks in advance of these public statements -- he must be psychic.

(2) What software does AZNT use? It obviously lacks spell checking capabilities -- is it Y2K compliant?

(3) Are the Wellrich "clients/suckers/investors" brain dead? Does Mikey actually expect them to respond positively to this letter?

(4) When do the new court transcripts become available? I might cough up a few bucks to expedite matters.

Thinking about it, I guess I am becoming sort of an anti-yEllen. I find the ongoing saga compelling, but am too lazy to do more than occasionally bite the three stooges ankles. I hope they don't decide to sue me for taht, I doubt if total contempt is actionable, but the AZNT legal team might think otherwise.

LOLOL, nib nib nib, QED.

Hey Mikey, what the heck is "Liable"?

Not to mention "declamation", lolololol!!! Actually this raises an interesting legal point: let's say you attempt to sue someone for "declamation and liable". Would you have ANY chance of winning? Would you have ANY chance even of having your complaint entered?
