Has anyone considered the possibility of an OTC product?

With the safety profile of MUSE, (except for sickle cell patients), and the side-effect profile....

This could be an OTC drug, throw some "herbal" in and it would sell.

Just a thought for discussion, obviously the stock is nothing to get excited about at this point.

Alan,

I don't know big business...is it really poker?

If Vivus was simply a manufacturing plant for muse, still I do not believe that Astra/J&J would want to screw and ruin Vivus. There is no gurantee that they would be the ones to pick up the pieces for peanuts?

But Vivus have Alibra coming fairly soon? What about Astra selling muse in Europe and Eli Lilly selling Alibra in Europe?

And some one else developing the gene therapy?

I think Leland does have a few cards to play....an inept manager could always be a good poker player!?
