Well you could have been a consultant, like Beaton or Gelbard, and been the proud holders of 1.6mm not-so-convertable warrants ! Their fees in the S-8 filing made me an immediate believer, as did the hilarious principal bios on the website ! Due dilly maybe 10 minutes.

Pull this off again Tony and you're gonna find a new Boxster or Hummer in your driveway ! (Armor optional, recommended)

His posts have nothing to do with the actual problem, but there is always at least one on every thread who will say good will come out of this...happens repeatedly on stocks that have been halted.

What he fails to understand is that management often states wonderful things after a halt. They never say, yup, you've been had.

In the case of GIFS for example, the CEO made huge statements... he continues to be a fugitive in hiding, last seen in Costa Rica.
