Normally you would be correct. But this company has been strange. It would not surprise me if you are right, but it would not surprise me if you are wrong either. If the gas deal and /or jv happens before 3/15 then the split may not be necessary. On the other hand a r/s and subsequent implosion would provide an opportunity for believers( individuals and institutions) to buy cheaper stock and average down. I hear that there are some astute oil types who are very optimistic about the blk 4 potential if it gets drilled. I am not trying to encourage or discourage anyone. The only real fact I know is that a meeting has been scheduled on 3/15, and I plan on attending.
