CMOZ.... pull-back, shakeout, consolidate... ready for Monday...

I am preparing an analysis and will post tomorrow...

food for thought....

CMOZ was a wild ride on Friday... there are several theories about the trading yesterday, the most agreed to one is that the wild drop was due to MM short covering (essentially
they shorted at $4.00 during about 1.6 million shares of steady retail buying - this is when MMs position their clients but at the same time short against it)... then they slammed it back to $1 15/16 to scare the you know what out of everyone - and they did...)... they covered and accumulated at $2.50 (over 3 million shares of strong buying occurred between $2.50 and $3.00 with the price moving up inch by inch throughout the afternoon)... this is a very bullish sign to me... the shakeout yesterday was to be expected because the price made an amazing move during the week and at some point it had to pull-back, shake out the scared investors and consolidate... and consolidate it did... with only 11 million shares free trading and the rest in escrow (confirmed), over the last three days the float has consolidated and firmed... I feel sorry for the little investor, they get in at the $3.00 range and the professionals drag them out in the $2.00 range... once all the flip money and inexperienced money is removed from the float, I suspect with any news, more acquisitions or further promotion by putting Friday's release on more news wires on Monday, the price will begin to move up again... I suspect it will test its previous high of $5.00 at least once again... the craze in the US for internet stocks doesn't appear over yet...

OK, Sun, I can see that there is a market for Conducent's advertising software. BUT, that market is not the typical viewer of InvestorsGuru.com. We individual investors have no use for the software, and the e-commerce developers who want the software have little use for InvestorsGuru.com. Further, InvestorsGuru.com has a NON-exclusive distribution agreement, so the web developers don't have to come to InvestorsGuru.com to download the software.

So how much does the deal do for InvestorsGuru.com? First of all, it doesn't hurt anything. But as far as income to IGcom from revenue sharing, don't look for any substantial profit contribution from this source. It will have to be something else that's needed to continue to move CMOZ stock.
