Linda: Did you catch the wording of the last sentence in that press release? "Comprehensive Care is evaluating an opportunity to submit a bid to provide specific behavioral healthcare services to Argentina's senior citizen population" Evaluating an opportunity to submit a bid ... wow. That gives me a really good feeling. They're evaluating, which means they haven't decided yet ... to submit a bid, which by no means assures them of getting the contract. I suppose that statement was there to offset the disappointing loss of the Billion dollar deal. To me, though, it just made the problem seem worse. If they had said "they WILL be submitting a bid", it would have at least provided a reasonable degree of hope that they would get some revenue out of the deal. IE: It wasn't a total loss.
