That's a good article, but they were a little late I think.
Personally, I can't see why anyone would go through all the trouble just for a scam. There are surely easier ways to go about it. All the paperwork involved, and setting it all up could not have been an easy task.

What I read about the company so far didn't sound like they were making any wild claims. The concept was an idea I have even thought of before. Instead of being trapped behind a computer, one could use their regular telephone as always, free to move about, and have a private conversation without yelling into a microphone. I just thought someone had finally found that niche.

Seems like FTEL would have been reluctant to get involved if they thought it wasn't a real deal. The law suits being filed are
'after the news' in case any wrong doing is found during the SEC investigation.

That said, I think the idea is a good one. Too bad it all had to turn out this way. A lot of well-meaning investors are being hurt by all of this.....myself included.

So when does the bubble burst for AMZN, XCIT, YHOO, AOL, etc., etc.? I think I will short the whole darn bunch! lol
