VLAD: After rethinking my position on the removal of Wilson from office I have decided not to participate at this time. Please remove my shares from your count. This is not to say that your efforts have not been appreciated by me, as well as your many informative postings. The fact is Mr. Wilson needs to concentrate on the important matters at hand, think with a clear mind, and not be distracted by shareholders discontent. I'm sure he is well aware of our position at this point. Mr. Wilson, I feel is placed himself in a delicate position that will decide the future of vivus. There are many players involved here, each with its own agenda. Wilson is in the best position to control how this plays out, in spite of my feelings that he is being somewhat manipulated at this point. Unfortunately, Vivus is playing a weak hand. Lets see how Leland Wilson handles this first. all IMHO..Al
