Does Yahoo have a bunch of old rusting crappy tooling machines in an oversize warehouse? no. Can Ford start up business in Antartica in the blink of an eye? no.

Pretty amazing memflyken2, pretty amazing. Yahoo at a market cap of $38B. What will it be after the merger? Afterall Geocities will be purchased with the monopoly money otherwise known as Yahoo stock. That means more shares outstanding, right? If the price holds up multiplied by those additional outstanding shares, another boost in the market cap of Yahoo, right? Kind of like a third world country printing money to keep itself afloat, but we all know how that ultimately ends up. Hyper-inflation with the currency, so it actually becomes worth less (or worthless), just like Yahoo stock will.
