Gorcon -
How's the new baby? Are you getting any sleep? One of mine had colic - I swear this is true though medically impossible - for 3 1/2 years.

Gorcon, I do not own nor short positions in this security. I am a spectator in this one.

But as a marketing major and a VP for marketing & product developement, I think your reasoning is slightly off.

You stated flower buying would be hard considering you dont know what you are ordering and you cant see them. Well considering purchasing flowers are done over the phone everyday without seeing them, I think a web site selling flowers would only enhance the process. Moreover, the most popular flower to buy is a rose. You really do not need to see them to order them.

And when it comes to the perfume business there is a behind the scenes view to them.
Perfumania is like a 2nd run movie theatre. After the movie has been played out it goes to the 2nd run theatre.
After a perfume or a cologne has been played out in a department store it goes to place such as perfumania.

The new scents are always marketed to the department stores first.
Considering you are buying for a female, you need to keep in mind with the lastest craze.

Opening an internet site will definitely boost sales. But here is what has me intrigued by PRFM. They are opening up over 30 internet sites AROUND THE WORLD to capitalize on all the different international markets. The CEO calls it a global perfume network. "Perfumania's goal is to be a so-called "global portal" for perfume on the Internet."

rs.internic.net

So far, I see Mexico, Kuwait, Austria, Australia, Panama, Venezuela, Canada, United Arab Emirate, Colombia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Japan, Israel, and Saudi Arabia all reserved.

Look at the 800 numbers they have lined up for when the web site is online:

1-800-3FRAGRANCE
1-800-FRAGRANCE
1-800-3PERFUME

It also looks like they have some free promotional sites planned:

freefragrancegifts.com
freeperfumegifts.com

Good point Rande, I never thought of this:

Soon they will have a new CFO and not just a family member. . .
I expect THIS announcement to be included by the possibly DAILY PR that KCSA
has worked so hard to prepare.

maybe one of the press releases early next week is the announcement of a new CFO.. Need to clear out the "old wood", before bringing in the new. I am sure they gave him the option of "resigning" rather than firing him.. (due to being family)

Quite possibly they have been looking for a CFO since November, usually takes at least 2-6 weeks to find one you like... very interesting... very...

Plus the women reporters on CNBC will be cracking cute jokes about how "nice" an idea PRFM is (probably hinting to guys), how they have been waiting for something like this... just like last night at 6:30 PM on CNBC, when they were giggling about it like schoolgirls...

The most bullish thing is right now we know CNBC KNOWS about PRFM... they already mentioned it last night, so it's on their radar screens for Monday... that is a very good thing.
