Hi Jim,

I happened to be logged on and saw your question. I hope you don't mind if I take a stab at it.

The company as of Dec.11, 1998 had only one type of pfrd stock and 92,500 shares were issued. They also had 65,645,656 issued shares of common stock with 54,045,353 in reserve.

This month the shareholders voted to increase outstanding shares to a total of 200,000,00 inclusive of the already issued shares,

You'll find much more information if you go to www.sec.gov. e.Digital was formerly know as Norris Communications, and all documents are listed under the former name. Their CIK code is 0000886328. Use that as a search description for faster data retrieval.

Best of luck,
Kerry

I don't know nothing around fiscal basic issues of this Norris Communications (eDIG today).
Edig is still traded by hopes and dreams.

I'm just one little mean pokerplayer.

Do your own research. Research this tread too, it's been mostly informative. Read 1997 postings, when mood was really bad here. etc.

Edig is now messing with real possibilities (Lucent, Intel), but fundamentally nothing is changet.

Read sec.edgars it is the best source.
Put maximum 20% your portfolio here. etc.
